This is a great introduction to leadership within the camp community while allowing plenty of time for summer fun! The CIT program is for campers entering grades 9 through 11. CITs will learn to plan and implement projects of their own. They will be given more responsibility as their training continues, with ongoing feedback. In the afternoons, CITs will have the choice to assist on field trips or stay on campus to help supervise the Lower Campers.
