A veteran of the early childhood, elementary and adult education,
Diane has worked in a variety of educational settings and companies
for more than 20 years. During this time, she has held numerous
operational and multi-site management positions, serving as a Regional
Manager, Vice President of Operations and Division Vice President
for organizations ranging from a small company of centers to the
largest education company in America. She also has been instrumental
in the development of policies, classroom curriculum and programs,
staff training and development, and multi-site management.
Her management and operations experience includes working with
children and faculty from infant through school-age programs. She
has successfully managed programs in community-based centers, for-profit
and non-profit programs, corporate and on-site centers, and back-up
and convention care.
Driscoll holds a master's degree in Education and a bachelor's
degree, both from the University of Massachusetts. She is certified
to teach grades preschool - grade 2 and as a Massachusetts Department
of Education Director II. She is a member of the National Association
for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and has authored articles
such as "Design Collaborations - Successes and Failures in
Developing a Child Care Center Design."
Diane and her husband have three daughters and live in Dennis.
